My cleansing diet Day 1


Cleansing diet day 1

Cleansing diet only lasts for 3 days. When you want to lose weight you need to burn some fats, because if you do muscle building without burning fats, it won't work well. So as the doctor recommend , cleansing diet goes first.
So when the doctor handed me the list of foods I can eat wow, there lot! but only vegetables and fruits.

The cleansing diet guide:

  • green bean pod

  • bamboo shoots
  • papaya green fruit
  • sponge gourd

  • coconut shoot

  • sugar apple

LiquidS ARE ALLOWED BUT ONLY
  • NON FAT MILK
  • DECAFFEINATED COFFEE

DAY 1 MEAL MENU IS

Breakfast
1 small pc. boiled banana or any fruit
1 cup unsweetened oatmeal
1 ser. oatmeal cookies
1 cup unsweetened non fat milk or 1 cup decaffeinated tea

today's lunch is...

steam okra
few slices of watermelon
3 pcs. oatmeal cookie
1 glass of green tea
and 2 glasses of water.. just enough to make me full.

Snacks
- 1pc. apple or any fruit
- 1 glass of water
-1 glass unsweetened green tea

dinner
- 1 ser. oatmeal cookies
- 1 glass unsweetened non fat milk
- 1 ser. fruit
