CLEANSING DIET DAY 2

breakfast

1 bowl oatmeal

1 slice papaya or any fruit

1 pc. boiled egg

1 cup non fat milk

1 glass green tea

lunch

1 cup steam carrot cabbage with onion and ground pepper

1 ser. oatmeal cookies

1 ser. fruit

2 glasses water

snacks

1 pc. boiled banana

1 glass green tea or coffee

2 glasses of water

dinner

1 cup unsweetened oatmeal

1 ser. fruit

1 glass non fat milk

for my lunch

oatmeal cookie

grapes

My Breakfast

1 cup non fat milk

1 cup green tea
1 hard boiled egg
1 bowl unsweetened oatmeal

I'm almost done with my second day, but the night is stil young and my husband asked me to order from sushiya. So what can we have for dinner from Sushiya. Ill have a little cheat. 1 order of tuna sashimi and steam tofu. not bad I guess. Last day tom! then i can add protein to my diet!

So I marked my calendar and made sure that I will visit them during their sale for good deals. This morning I went there around 9am , I know i am late already but didn't expect that it would be that late! all the carts are gone , then when i went inside it was like hoarding of everything! just like how I thought it would look like, but not as early as this, so i went around and check out the good deals..

Shoppers were very creative in their own little way.... no carts?

well they use some of the baskets with wheels and just pull their stuff around the grocery..

Im curious with this herbatergent, i've always like using herbal , organic or whatever it is that is healthy and environment friendly. thinking of going back and purchase this and give it a try!!
the cool bar- this is really one of the favorites in the S&R sale! even last time during their sale people really buy this cool bar. its a table then you can put ice underneath then put the sode , wines , beer etc. good buy!!

Just imagine how long the lines was...
utility cart is also a good buy! they got the cart which was assembled as their cart ! and they got more stocks of the carts which was still inside the box for hoarding..i guess??

so , with all the traffic of people inside and no carts can be used , I decided to just go out and leave S&R. On my way out I saw this girls pushing this pile of boxes.
they got the whole pile of rack. all the stocks to make it short.
this is the view people outside waiting for their drivers. coz traffic is terrible and all the cars are not only double parked but triple parked!
Tips:

• bring a driver
• bring a cart
• bring 2 extra helpers ( to push more carts)
• be there early!! i heard some of them were there at 530am
• bring a towel
• bring something to binge to when you get hungry

Hurry moms!! Just how much I love visitng Hobbes and Landes! and my kids too!! Janniyah love going there to do painting and play lego. Me and husband love buying shoes for our kiddos there "PEDIPED" we just love this store. Another workout craze! A former classmate (Isabel Dulay) of mine in our Bikram class told me about the Physique 57 that they are starting and will b launched on Oct. 2010.

She told me its similar to Barre 3 "which I also enrolled, also a good exercise. and i got so excited and she told me that it really works well , you will really lose weight fast and inches! well we all like that! so when i get back checking on my phone and browsing thru my twitter account someone tweeted KC Concepcion about the workout she was talking about during her the BUZZ the last Sunday, and so she answered , they are called FORMA! the Physique 57! and so i texted my friend Isabel and asked her if KC have been doing this already, and she told me that KC is one of the owners , who brought in Physique 57 here in Manila, which they will have their studio somewhere at The Fort! well its just like less than an hours drive from our salon here in Libis.

So I did some research like what kind of workout is Physique 57.. and so here it is...

Cleansing diet only lasts for 3 days. When you want to lose weight you need to burn some fats, because if you do muscle building without burning fats, it won't work well. So as the doctor recommend , cleansing diet goes first.

So when the doctor handed me the list of foods I can eat wow, there lot! but only vegetables and fruits.

Finally I tried the Gourmet pao!! Oh its so yummy. I found our about gourmet pao thru twitter, i've been reading tweets about it everyday and good comments about it.

So last week i read a tweet that gourmet pao is available in Rockwell, I just cant wait to try it! and so i went to rockwell and bought 6 boxes for us t try and for our guests for the baptism of my son to try it, since more or our guests lives here in quezon city area, they are not so familiar with gourmet pao, at least I can introduce to them something new!

Just last sunday we went again to rockwell to buy 2 more boxes of gourmet pao. My personal favorite is the Vegetarian siopao , and its wheat! So on our way home my kids just cant wait to taste the siopao. so my daughter who is 2 years old start eating it, and also my youngest which is 8 mos.
